The fishery is a private area and it is accessible only for the Guests of Miła Dolina. 


Important:
1. Consult with the hosts before you start fishing – they will indicate you the proper pond.
2. Fishing at the fishery of Miła Dolina is equivalent with the acceptation of the fishery terms and conditions.
3. The Guests may take with them as follows:
- northern pike: 1 piece
- tench 1: piece
- crucian carp: 8 pieces
- zander: 1 piece
- carp: 1 piece
- common bream: 1 piece
- european perch: 2 piece
- common roach and common rudd: 3 kgs in total
- catfish (limitless)
4. Be mindful of the fish protection period:
- common roach, common rudd and crucian carp - no limits
- catfish – you can take all the catch regardless the size and volume – please report to the hosts
- common perch 15 cm
- tench 35 cm
- zander 40 cm
- northern pike 45 cm
- eel 50 cm
- silver carp 50 cm

AS THE HOSTS OF MIŁA DOLINA WE WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION IN COMPLIANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH SERVE THE SAFETY AND PEACEFULNESS OF YOUR ENTIRE STAY.

§ 1.
      1. The fishery is a private area and it is accessible only for the Guests of Miła Dolina. 
      2. Fishing activity should be also consulted with the hosts in advance. 
      3. Fishing at the lake Mildzie requires a valid fishing card. The card can be purchased at Miła Dolina. The card is valid for two fishing rods. When fishing at the lake Mildzie, the angler takes the full responsibility for his actions.

§ 2.

  1. The hosts do not provide the fishing equipment. 
  1. Only the conventional methods of fishing (using the rods) are permitted. Two rods per one person at most. 
  1. Permitted methods of fishing: float fishing and legering. 
  1. Prices are provided in the main pricelist. The Guests may take with them as follows:

- northern pike: 1 piece

- tench 1: piece

- crucian carp: 8 pieces

- zander: 1 piece

- carp: 1 piece

- common bream: 1 piece

- european perch: 2 piece

- common roach and common rudd: 3 kgs in total

- catfish (limitless)

      5. During the fish protection period it is permitted to take: 

- common roach, common rudd and crucian carp -  no limits

- catfish – you can take all the catch regardless the size and volume – please report to the hosts

- common perch 15 cm

- tench 35 cm

- zander 40 cm

- northern pike 45 cm

- eel 50 cm

- silver carp 50 cm.

§ 3.

  1. Children and minors cannot stay in the fishery area unattended. 
  1. Trash, cigarette butts and leftovers disposal is forbidden in the fishery area. 
  1. Swimming is not allowed in the fishery area. 
  1. Cars are not allowed in the fishery area. 
  1. Stale bait is strictly forbidden. 
  1. Dogs are not allowed in the fishery area – see the main terms and conditions of Miła Dolina. 
  1. Laud behavior, peace and order disturbance, plants and infrastructure destruction, bonfires and barbecue is not allowed in the fishery area. 
  1. Satisfying physiological needs, alcohol abuse, fishing methods other than mentioned in the terms and conditions is forbidden in the fishery area.
  1. Gutting the fish is strictly forbidden in the fishery area.

§ 4.

  1. The hosts do not take the responsibility for the accidents and items left in the fishery area. 
  1. The hosts reserve the right to organize private events in the fishery area. 
  1. The Guests fishing at Miła Dolina accept the fact of reporting each taken photograph of the fish to the hosts before publishing it anyhow. 
  1. After fishing, the area should be cleaned up. 
  1. The hosts reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. 
  1. The hosts reserve the right of checking the Guests’ tools and equipment in the fishery area. 
  1. In case of serious breach of the terms and conditions the hosts reserve the right to request immediate departure without money refund. 
  1. Lack of knowledge of the terms and conditions does not reserve the right to disobedience of the terms and conditions. 
  1. Monitoring data will be used only in case of breaching the terms and conditions.
